Dry Winter Continues...

Hoar Frost along Flat Creek, south of Jackson, WY
A massive High pressure has dominated our region now since January 8th, accompanied by frigid valley temps and warmer upper elevation temps, typically known as an inversion. Today there is hope of breaking down this ridge and some snow is in the forecast for the next week or so, let's keep our fingers crossed! If the skiing remains as it is, I hope to venture off and wet a fly soon... one of the upsides to a drier winter. Last time I checked our snowpack is at or below 60%... yikes!
