Fine Fall Weather Mania!
Still entertaining the best weather of the year(in my opinion) with nice crisp mornings and super nice afternoons which has actually slowed the fishing some... it is still good but can be spotty while flows are on the decent. Traffic is wonderful- near zero, what a great time of year..
This is another gorgeous Lewis Lake brownie captured by John Campbell. John and I had a great season together and this trip topped off the year for us just right.
The weather is so nice lately that the urge to catch up on missed summer mountain biking is disrupting my fishing... tough decisions here in the Hole!
Nonetheless, since guide work has dropped off the planet- what do guides do with their down time before the ski season? That's right, we go fishing! Enjoyed a couple days with the guys on Lewis Lake and then the South Fork for an overnight that could have been mistaken for an evening in August. Best to everyone, stay tuned for more fall fishing, whenever it arrives!
Trey, Ed, Weldon & Noah, kicked back on the South Fork.
