Jackson Hole Mtn. Resort- Closing for 2009

Well, this season has finally come to an end but not without a BANG! Fantastic snowfall over the last two weeks buried the upper and mid-mtn runs with over 100" of the season's best snow... always bittersweet when the mtn closes with such fine conditions, in all the resort received 502" this season and our snowpack looks great for the summer.

Another sign of the times is the arrival of the Rough-legged hawk, they come to reap the bounty of voles and mice as the valley snow recedes. I'm off to Fruita, CO for some mtn. biking this week and then it is fish on! Great Season!
