Spring Break... Fruita Style!

Now, with the village closed for the season it is time for shifting gears and this year I headed to Fruita, CO with some friends and our mtn. bikes. We had some spectacular riding in the Book Cliffs region and the famous Kokopelli trail area and not to mention relaxing camping at Highline State Park, what a way to close out a ski season and dust of the bikes and of course, the fly rods. We also wet a line on a Wyoming river Easter Sunday and had good, yet sporadic success.

I am now officially guiding for the 2009 season, so most posts from now on will be fishing related.   Tight Lines for us all in '09- SS
